Elmer’s journey began in 1998 when he migrated from Guatemala to the United States in search of opportunity. Through dedication and hard work, he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental Control Technology (HVAC-R) in 2014 in New Jersey. By 2020, he had met all the requirements of the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission, becoming a licensed Residential Specialty HVAC Contractor. With over ten years of hands-on experience, he blends technical expertise with real-world know-how to deliver exceptional service.
With the unwavering support of his wife, Sally, their four children, and two dogs, Elmer founded Green Apple Heating and Cooling with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, high-quality HVAC solutions while also creating career opportunities and training within his community. His dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction remains the foundation of the company’s success, ensuring comfort and value for every client served.
